Visually, the new Pathfinder cutting system exposed clean and purposefully engineered lines that differentiate the M-series above all other cutting technologies available in the market. The response was overwhelming, particularly from those visitors familiar with automatic knife cutting technology, as they could appreciate the key benefits that include: Lowest power consumption, highest productivity, Ergonomics, ease of operation and reliability. The most obvious feature would be its very low power consumption- lowest in its class. We can demonstrate payback on older cutting systems based on the savings in the yearly power bill alone. Not so obvious, includes the minimization of non-recyclable materials used in the M-series construction: 98% of the machines mass can be recycled at the end of its lifespan. Furthermore, reduction in parts count reduces the energy used to produce and transport parts, particularly given that nearly all components are produced within Pathfinder’s high tech manufacturing system. Cutting faster with excellent cut quality reduces cutting time, and this reduces power-on time, therefore further reducing power consumption. |
